In order to properly comprehend this post, you must first have an understanding of the word segregation. There are several forms of segregation, but for our purposes segregation will be defined as “the enforced separation of different racial groups in a country, community, or establishment.” This means that people are forced to be separate from each other based on the color of their skin, religious views, or other factors. For example, white people would go to different schools than black people OR Christian people would not be allowed to go to the same schools as Jewish people.
Many people believe that segregation in this country ended during the 1960’s with Martin Luther King, Jr. and the Civil Rights Movement. However, many argue that segregation stills exists today. That is: certain groups of people are still essentially separate based on their race, skin color, religious views, sexual preferences or another factor (living areas, grocery stores, etc.)
Now, we all know that segregation is illegal today, but is segregation truly gone from our society?
Your task is to research this topic, and determine whether or not segregation still exists today. Use Google to find articles about this or talk about your own personal experiences. Reflect on your feelings about the topic, and provide examples that support your logic or reason. If you find that segregation does still exist, propose possible solutions for the problem. i kinda do still think segregation is going on in our society today. like mostly in our schools because in school everyone has a lable or title. what i mean by that is that when you are in school just because the way you look or the way you act or the people you hang out with you get labled as a nerd or a geek or popular or a jock anything just because of the way you look on the outside not on the inside.
I believe that segregation is still around. I remember my uncle tellind me that he went to a funeral were a jewish was not allowed to attend unless he took off his hat thingy.
I reakky think people shouldn't be racist. In the movie Pocahontas, there was a part that said "For whether we are white or copper skinned." Also black people arent really colored because we are always the same color. Even now today I do know some people that don't really like to talk to black people. But I don't get mad about that. They should be who they want to be and if they dont like talking or being near me, then its okay -__- . But I really do think everyone should just get over the fact that everyone with different race and religious are everywhere. And if they dont agree with that fact then I guess they can move somewhere thats its not allowed. And then maybe (hopefully) they'll be happier with their life.
i think tat in some areas around the world there forms of segregation, wheather racial or sexual, ethnical, or financial.. i think its just up tp us to treat everyone like an equal and we will getthe same in return. one act of kindness can change the world.

People in this future are still mad how martin luther king jr changed the rules.
Blacks and white really didnt like eachother but they have to get along now.

its improtant to discover and learn words that you dont know so you widden your range of vocaubulary. also almost every word in the world has a synoynm so if ur vocabualry is to a very great range of words then u will b able to learn other words without even barely having to learn them cause they could b a synoym or antonym. one word that i foudn in my book wasalloted and i used context clues to figure out that the word means or is similar to the word taken. another word that ive found was aversion. i used specific words in the sentence to see that was somethin like obsession. ab=nd i didnt get a chance to find a 3rd word. im guessing that, that quote or sayin or watever it is means that u cant use a word that u dnt really know or heard jus cause it "might" make sense in wat ur sayin but u honestly dnt know that for sure. so dnt use a word in wat u say unless ur for sure u know wat it means and that its used correctly. also that u own it as in its in your range of words that u know.
